There are lot of Nepali in ventura county and Nothridge area.Are u in Simi Valley?There are about 20-25 Neplease association in Southern Cal :)

I used to visit Simi Valley quite often when I was in LA coz my cousins live there.I have heard there are Neplease in California state ,Santa Barbara.

Actually I know few Nepali people who lives in Simi Valley. But there are lots of people in San Fernando Valley. One of the popular nepali organizations in SoCal is ANS-CA.
