Hello,Need some serious immigration response please
One lady wants to file for the citizenship, but unfortunately have not filed her tax till to date, ie 5 yrs. She is living with her cousins, and havenot worked yet. But now she's thinking to go back, but don't want to loose the kids (under 10) Green Card thinking, they gonna blame her once they grow up for loosing their privelages. No other benefits from govt. other than medicaid.
Does she needs to have the tax filed to get citizenship?
IF required, can she file taxes for the previous years?
Are there any alternative?
Have any of you come across this situation? Please let us know.....thanks a lot in advance.
