Dear friends, please give me some suggestions. 
My girl friend came here in US before 2 years and her Asylum case is in the Court. She came here  as J1 visa holder but it was just for 1 year so her visa is expired now. She is here in her asylum procedure. Her court hearing date is after 3 months and they post-ponded it for 1 year, last year. 
I am in F1 status. Is there any possibility that if she is rejected, she will be out of status and after that, can I bring her to F2? If Yes, will that hamper me for my future Job/other issues like bringing my parents to US?
Can a F1 status holder can marry an illegal girl in United States changing her status to dependent or some legal status?
Please help me, I am in trouble.
