Thinking of buying a 1 bedroom apartment in Kathmandu . Dont see too many options over the internet . Does anyone know if any builder's are building one bedroom apartment . If its affirmative , then could you please post the info and the link to it .
PS : Dont want to buy 2 bedroom .. 1 is a must or i sleep on the streets .

Please post your budget, location and all those criteria that is needed to give the accurate answer.
if you are interested in apartment from those colony building that are booming in Nepal, try going to their websites and email or call. that is the best i can think right now.

I tried looking up on the internet , but to vain . All i can find is 2-3 bedroom apartments . I have my own reasons not to buy 2 bedroom .I really dont care about the location , but would prefer something outside the valley .I could not get much help online on it either . My budget is around 20-25 lakhs .
I have not tried e mailing any of them . Not knowing which builder has 1 bedroom apartment , i just dont want to shoot e mails anonymously wasting their time and mine .
