I understand your sentiments, but in showbiz, its all about glamor. Documentaries can follow your suggestions but if music videos and showbiz set jhamre-jhutre on screen they will have to pay heavy losses.
Regarding real pic of nepal, the world already knows nepal is one of a poorest country, we dont need music videos to show that. let glamor run on at least showbiz, at least this will show beauty in screen is possible from nepali media. My two cents!
