My status is F1. And recently, over the summer, as I was workin in a gas station ( u all know) I sold beer to a minor and got busted. Well they took my information but the ticket was released under the name of the store I work and not me....

OK !!! I called all the courts, session, criminal and even did my background check, I dont have any record stating that I have to attend a court or any thing. On the other hand ,"selling beer to minor" is a moral turpitude, which affects immigration . Have any of u already traveled despite gone through this situation. Please do write, so tht I could make a decision about leaving US for my winter.
