One of my relative just got a DV lottery and he is looking for a job.

Any kind of job (dunkin donut, 711, store, restaurant, gas station) will do.

Also, he is willing to move anywhere in US if he finds any kind of job.

If you know anything like that could you please let me know whom should I contact, which state,

and his or her number?

Selecting the location based on these kind of job is really not a good idea. It would be better ,if he choose the city first and then try searching jobs around that area. I would suggest to select the place where public transportation is easily avialble, otherwise he has to get driving license and ofcourse a car.

As he would have a green card (lucky him), finding a job won't be any difficult. Go to any store and talk about their hiring.
