i have been US about 6/7 years and my passport has been expire on 2005 and i renewed it however i don't have visa on my passport.i have I-94 card WITH VISA UNTIL LATE 2007. VISA,I CARRIED ELLIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL PAROLE,WHICH I APPLIED LAST YEAR INDEED I HAVE VISITED BACK NEPALTWICE LAST YEAR. HOWEVER WHEN I RETURN TO US .IMMIGRATION IN NEPAL AIRPORT GIVE ME VERY VERY HARD TIME SINCE THEY DON'T SEE ANY STAMP OF VISA ON MY NEW PASSPORT EVEN THOUGH I SHOW THEM I-94 CARD ALONG WITH TRAVEL PAROLE FROM US GOVERNMENT.
I AM PLAN TO GO BACK FOR A MONTH IN THIS COMING WINTER.BUT I CAN'T ALLOW THEM TO GIVE ME HARD TIME AGAIN.
ANY HELP MUCH APPRICIATED!

always carry your old and new passport together. you wil not have any problem.
