My friend and my fee waiver requests got denied. We have to re-send our submissions soon with the correct fees (380 for EAD, 0 for TPS re-registration, and 85 for biometrics). We have to do it by USPS Express mail since the deadline is fast approaching. Can someone tell me if both of us can send all our forms together? USPS Express mail is kind of expensive at $22.60. :/

Can anyone tell me when the new fees will go into effect? If I send the forms now and they reach by the 23rd, do I pay the new fees?
