I have applied for asylum year ago and still waiting for my interview and my EAD through asylum is going to expire on this march 2016 so i m in a big dilemma should i apply for TPS and EAD or it will be better to renew my EAD through asylum if u have some experience with this please share with me and could u please suggest some good and reasonable attorney who can file my TPS application...Happy dipawali to all of you

okay. Lets break down your situation,
1. If you have EAD throught asylum, just go ahead and renew that, no need to worry about TPS EAD
2.With your asylum case pending, TPS has very less to do, and again, if you feel safe with TPS, you can apply it on your own (no need of attorney). Apply TPS only, not EAD
3. Life is too short to stay in Dilemma, so relax and wait for asylum interview for another year or more. Its already complicated with asylum case pending.
