All,
I am planning to visit NYC for a few days. I will be driving, so first thing I need is a Hotel where I can park my car for free, if possible. Also, the hotel should not be very far, 15-30 minutues by transit/traing is okay I guess. Obviously, I am not planning to drive while I am in the CIty. Is it worth to say in manhattan, or I should find hotel in NJ or Queens? Any suggestion from those who have stayed in a cheaper hotel in or near NYC will be appreciated.

Get hotels in Queens , they are cheaper and near too. And most of them have parking space. Don't take hotels in NJ. Its far. You will loose money and time while going and coming back. If you find deals on Manhattan its good but its very hard to get parking over there. There is some motels in Queens which are cheaper and better.
