Hi everyone,

 I am planing to go on a vacation this summer to cancun MEXICO. I  have a valid F1 VISA. I know you can travel to mexico without a mexico visa if you have a valid US visa so i was just wondering if any of u guys have travelled to mexico in F1 visa. Do you think is it safe to travel to cancun??

Statement from Mexican consulate: "If you need to travel to Mexico for tourism for up to 6 months and you have a valid US Visa it is not necessary to apply for a Mexican visa. You only need to fill up a migratory form that will be provided in the plane or port of entry.
