Has anyone done counselor processing while there asylum is pending? Please reply . If you have any information about good lawyers please share.

Cant you go to Canada or India for counselor processing? If your case has no deportation order, and have TPS, you can take TPS Advance parole and go to either of this country for counselor processing.

This is what i got from where i was almost in your situation from my research. It is not legal advise , just recommendations from my research.

Thank you for your response.I never got interview date for my asylum application. Do you know if we can still apply for TPS advance parole as it is expiring soon?

Yes , you can. But make sure you can go to either canada or India for it with lawyer as well.
