Hello Nepali friends and entrepreneurs

I am trying to set up a sister company for my LLC based in the USA as a PVT LTD in nepal. I am asking for general advise from some of my fellow nepali entrepreneurs/business community in Nepal what the process to do so is. I am in the US so its hard for me to set up there, I want to start creating opportunities for people in Nepal and keep the jobs there. I am also open to consulting advise granted you have previously done so/you are part of a business development community in Nepal. 

How would i even start something like this? I understand it takes time and all, but i know Nepal's infrastructure doesn't allow for online registration seems like. What are the requirements? I dont want to have my employee running around with paperwork and have to pay "ghush" to get it started.I want it to be as legit as possible. I want to make sure I am doing everything right.
