I am looking to apply for a personal banker position. Do you know what they do and what is expected from them? What kind of training they get and overall how that job is?

Do you have prior experience as a personal banker? 
If you have, Go on any bank site and find career / job and apply.
If you were qualified, you will recieve an online over 100 of multiple questions.
Many times they repeat the same question differently.

Like: Everyone has stolen something in their life time.

Once you get through this hurdle, you may lead to personal interview.
