Hi, I am urgently in need of a room in the greater DC area (Virginia, Maryland, DC). A fren of mine from Bhutan and I are planning to share a room together. We could pay you 700/month (including utilities) at max. Also, as we don't have cars the house would have to be close to a metro station or at least in a walkable distance from a bus route/metro station and grocery stores. I would be really grateful if someone could get back to me real soon. I would be willing to move in asap if I find the room appropriate. I would suggest you try craigslist and see if there are any rentals out there that meet ur requirement.
