I  would appreciate if anyone share some knowledge about the Payroll Run after H1B approval. I have no clue if Our Dhoti consultacy needs to run our payroll unless and until we actually get a job. What is the provision for this.

I got my H1B approved this year and see no signs of getting any palcement in near future. So in this case what Im supposed to do. I heard that we get a grace period of  90 days and after that we go Out Of Stauts.

Anyone there could suggest me any better consultacy that actually run payroll , till we get a job placement.

Suggestions will be highly appreciated.

 

 

Well they need to get you a job or run your payroll. Yes the MKT is still down.

But Is there any time limit by which our consultancy need to start our pay roll as my H1B starts from this october? say a month or 60 days.
