Please share your experience with Indian IT consultancy.

They are having hiring binge.

How reliable they are?

How useful is their training?

Do they place you in a project successfully after training as they promise?
How serious is exaggerating the strengths and skills in resume, as alleged by some people? Does a honest resume land a job after training with them?

How honest are they? I am desperate for job but like honest feedbacks from people associated with Indian IT company. Any bad or good experience is most welcome.

In summary, how satisfying ana rewarding is the careers with Indian IT company? Any revealing insight and information will be appreciated.

Well, I heard that they will fake your resume so that you can lie about your work experience. sounds too fishy to me.
