Take it easy, my friend. The court just said no supplemental(extra) briefs are required for now. They can decline an en banc hearing or uphold the previous ruling by the circuit court allowing the termination of TPS designations. No one know when they will take action. Even if that happens soon, the DHS has agreed to an orderly transition period, and the plaintiffs are likely to take it to the supreme court to prolong the battle even though they know the conservative supreme court is likely to the side with the government or decline to hear. All this will take time and since Dec 31 is right around the corner, you will get at least one more extension. Do not be fearful all the time.

Plus it is election time, Dems didnt want to be seen differently. Now it is over, it is a different scenario. Biden govt (I think) is not here to end this or take back, probably sth bureaucratically didnt work or was hard to make it happen. They would no-way NO WAY send all these people back home, trust me.
