Currently, I am working for a small company owned by a kind-hearted man. He has even agreed
to sponsor GC. BUT the work environment is shitty. The son of the boss man has a very
stinky mouth and the HR woman is full blown redneck from a small hilly billy town.
She treats employees as if she owns them and acts like the owner. Nobody likes her.
I am thinking of quitting and staying on TPS and look for better opportunity. I cannot let
anyone tread on my dignity just for the sake of GC.
What will happen if I quit? I really don't want to go back.
Any constructive suggestion will be much appreciated.
