james bond bro, I am not sure how deeply they go into background checking regarding previous work experience but how do you think consultancies are able to show 5-7 yrs experience to a newbie? He still has to go through all the background checking process... I don't know what is your field in IT, so i wouldn't know about the pay being low or not getting enough calls. But as far as i know, if you have 2 years experience in IT, pay shouldn't be that bad..

Hi james bond, It is great to know that you have managed to land in IT field of your own for last two years as you have mentioned but same time you are afraid of Employment verification. How you did your previous jobs- they did not ask employment verification? By this time you have got answer to your question, if not post your difficulties, may be someone can help you? By the way how you managed to get your first job by your own, can you share if you don't mind?
