Hi StopTheWar,
It is absolutely valid. All you have to do is print it out and take it to the pharmacy. All major pharmacies, such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, Kmart, Albertsons, etc. take it. Walgreens/CVS/Rite Aid also take the card, but they are the most expensive ones and give the least discount. You can check the prescription price online too before you go to the pharmacy. (http://myowneverest.net). USA only though. Trust me, I am a highly educated person and would not post a crap here. Thanks,
