I am a continuing student trying to return to the US however few years back my visa was rejected. Now I would like to return on student visa Can some one tell me How do I check if i have security clearance to return to US

I don't know how you can apply clearance from other country. I know if you are in US you can go to FBI office and fill out the form. You may contact local US embassy and ask them. They may direct you to the right direction..
