Which one is good in your opinion, best suited for single person, just around city and occasional long drive tour? Honda Civic Si or Honda Accord Coupe (Both V4 and manual transmission) ? Please help experienced gurus.

Civic.  You will get better mileage.

I say you go with a Civic Si. It's much more sportier and faster.  Gas mileage will be less than the Accord coupe 'cause you going with a Si engine which outputs 197hp.  The Accord coupe 4-cyl gives you better mileage, about 22/31.  If you want a little bit more space then go with the Accord Coupe.  What year models are you looking at?? By the way, those engines are not V4, they are inline-4.  I haven't seen any 4-cyl engines setup in "V".  Good luck with the car shopping.
