Politicians are not rappers who take their entourage of hommies in a stretch limo wherever they go... well if he's buying tickets for his wife with his own money, I wouldn't mind. Anyway, he's a diplomat now, maybe take his wife out, his wife meets the wife of the President of China, I can understand that!

But sersiously!! that guy was in the jungle for more than a decade, and now he needs his own personal doctor to travel along all of a sudden!!!

Thats B.S.!!!
