i am sending my passport to the nepalese embassy ..........................which is the best place to send .........................new york or washington dc................how much postal stamp do i have to put in the envelop and ............................and how much for returned envelop...........................if any body have experience on this please share ur opinion,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thx for ur help in advance..................

DC one is good but do not send them the check. Send them oney order becasue they do nto eccept the check. Yeah, post office cleark will help you with postal stamps and returned mail as well. Make sur eyou use the confirmation mail that way you will know that they got it and it did not got lost it will be only few extra cents but it will be all worth and same with your returned mail too.
