Did the Buddha Boy reach enlightenment and go to heaven? Was he given a new golden robe and ride golden chariot to heaven?

Could be. Or may be the Maoists took him away and forcefully handed him a semi-automatic rifle. Or may be he raised enough money from ignorant nepalese and is now living lavishly somewhere else. Who knows?

why? He is not around anymore.

I have few things in my mind about him:---

1) he left for the quiet place where he can really meditate without so much noise and attentions.
2) He is abducted by someone it could be Maoist, Indians or anyone
3) He just left becasue he wants to live regular life after a long tapasya.
4) maybe he got the Nirvana and taken tot he heaven ( which I doubt but it can be possible)
5) He was killed by someone!

May God keep safe this little Buddha where ever he is!!!!!!!!11
