 Experience Letter problem

My previous employers (Consultancies) are not responding my calls or emails for experience letter and my current employer will not start my GC process without experience letter. Plz suggest what can i do. I do not know why these consultancies are acting this way.

Calls and emails!! lol, Send Certified Mail, and see how they react.

In Maryland, if they act like that you can send certified letter, Request for Employee Personnel File, and by law , they have to respond within 10 days. And they start to talk asking what you need.

Every State has different laws, and they have sample pdf letter as well for request, google it.
