Is your application being processed at IOE as well?

It's a relevant question. There is no service center such a IOE. And you cannot see the processing time on their website.

IOE is an online platform. It is not where your application is being processed. If you look at your I-797 there will be a service center that specifies where your application is. It is just being processed online.
